This procurement is for a Left Hand Sliding Door Track, NSN: 5340-01-305-6038, IAW BASIC DRAWING NR 78286 70217-02702 REVISION NR AT DTD 09/29/2017 PART PIECE NUMBER: 70217-02702-049. These tracks are 10 foot long and require chrome plating. Drawings will be available in the Cfolders during the solicitation period. To be eligible for award, offers and any sources of supply proposed for use are required to have an approved JCP certification and have been approved by the DLA controlling authority to access export controlled data managed by DLA. DLA will not delay award in order for an offeror or its supplier to apply for and receive approval by the DLA controlling authority to access the export controlled data. A fit test requirement will be required. This solicitation will be issued as a fully competitive 100% set aside for small business (FAR 19.502-2) and required FOB Origin. Inspection and acceptance will be at origin. Requested delivery is 210 days. This is not a commercial item. Thie solicitation will be issued using FAR Part 15 procedures.The quantity is 1,221 each. The solicitation provides for a 100% quantity option. The Evaluation Factors will be: Price and Past Performance of equal value. The estimated solicitation issue date is 5/11/20. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Formal solicitation will be posted on the DIBBS website at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. The Buy American Act applies. This solicitation requests offers on stock basis. The anticipated award date is 6/30/20.
