PR Number: 1000093812 Nomenclature: Federal Supply Class (FSC) 5330- and 5331- Qualified Products List (QPL) O-Rings, Gaskets, and Preformed Packing RFP Due Date: 21 July 2020 Quantity: This is an indefinite quantity (IQC) solicitation under commercial procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12. This procurement is for a two-year base. The solicitation contains an option to extend the terms of the contract for three additional one-year periods. This procurement is for 194 Price Evaluation List (PEL) items and an additional 1,857 items may be added on a post-award basis via the add/delete clause. This acquisition is being solicited as a 100% small business set-aside. This solicitation requests offers on a stock basis only. This procurement also contains a guaranteed minimum. Delivery is as follows: 90 days This solicitation contains surge and sustainment (S&S) requirements. Please refer to Procurement Notes C06, L18, M07, and L19 for complete details. Anticipated award date: 11 October 2020 The government intends to award one or more contracts resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer represents the best value to the government, price and past performance considered.
