Item Contractors who are not quoting the approved manufacturing source are considered to be Alternate Offers and may submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package to be considered for future awards contingent upon the review/approval/acceptance of the SAR package. The quantity is 230 each. This purchase request will be solicited as unrestricted. This is not a commercial item. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract in accordance with FAR Part 15. FOB Origin, Origin Inspection applies. Price and Past Performance will be evaluation factors.
