Contractors who are not quoting the approved manufacturing source are considered to be Alternate Offers and may submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package to be considered for future awards contingent upon the review/approval/acceptance of the SAR package. The quantity is 5,870 Ea. This is an unrestricted procurement. The RFP will be issued as an other than full and open competition. The applicable statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1. This is a commercial item. DLA Troop Support is seeking to identify possible sources that can manufacture Seal Washer, NSN: 5310-01-426-3567, Unison Industries, 59501 P/N 154889. DLA Troop Support is in the process of developing a solicitation for the referenced item. The quantity will be 5,870 Ea. Drawings are not available. If you are interested in becoming a qualified source of supply for this item, you are required to submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package. The completed package would have to be submitted to the buyer on a CD-Rom only, no paper copies. Any forthcoming solicitation for this item will not be held up while your SAR package is being evaluated by the Engineering Support Activity (ESA).
