PR Number: 1000081256 Nomenclature: Arconic Sole and Restricted Source Renewal Package RFP Due Date: 2020 July 8 Quantity: This is an Indefinite Quantity (IQC) Solicitation under Commercial Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12. This procurement is for a two-year base. The solicitation contains an option to extend the terms of the contract for three additional one-year periods. This procurement is for 606 Price Evaluation List (PEL) of items and an additional 17,607 items may be added on a post award basis via Add/Delete Clause. Offerors are required to furnish pricing on at least 25% of the line items (152) in the PEL or the offer shall not be considered. This acquisition is being solicited on an unrestricted basis. This solicitation requests offers on a stock basis only. This procurement also contains a guaranteed minimum. Delivery is as follows: 300 days This solicitation contains Surge and Sustainment (S&S) requirements. Please refer to Procurement Notes C06, L18, M07 and L19 for complete details. Anticipated award date: 2020 September 01 Each item will be evaluated individually utilizing “Best Value” Source Selection procedures. Offers will be evaluated under FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 15. For this solicitation, all evaluation factors other than cost or price, when combined, are significantly more important than cost or price. This contract action is for supplies which the Government does not possess complete, unrestricted technical data, therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only one or a limited number of sources under FAR 6.302-1 and 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C ) (1).
