The Government intends to sole-source extend the existing MRO IDIQ ordering periods held by Supply Core, Inc. for Europe Zone 2 and TWI USA, LLC for Africa to ensure continued coverage for Europe Zone 1, Europe Zone 2, and Africa until the new 3rd Generation MRO contract is awarded. The extension covers commercial maintenance, repair, and operations supplies and related incidental services, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, tools, chemicals, construction supplies, prefabricated structures, appliances, utility vehicles, perimeter security items, and communications devices. Performance supports the European Command (EUCOM) and African Command (AFRICOM) Areas of Responsibility. The ordering period extension is scheduled from 20 November 2026 through 3 January 2027. Interested parties may submit a capability statement for consideration, although this is not a competitive solicitation and any decision to compete is at the Government’s discretion.
