The 421st SCMS at Tinker AFB, OK, is conducting market research via a Sources Sought Synopsis for a spares procurement of multiple NSNs/part numbers supporting the F100 platform as an addition to the Pacer Talon Long Term Contract with OEM Pratt & Whitney. The effort seeks potential sources capable of new manufacture, including labor, materials, facilities, equipment, component parts, inspection, testing, preservation/packaging, and shipping, with possible supply-chain management, logistics planning, forecasting, long-lead procurement, diminishing-source/material-shortage handling, and shipping of serviceable assets. Estimated spares quantities include 373 EA, 7 EA, 7,054 sets, 1,123 EA, and 15 EA across the listed NSNs; this is a new spares buy with no repair requirement. Potential sources must complete a Source Approval Request package as specified in the qualification requirements, and technical data/EDL availability varies, so in some cases sources must independently acquire necessary technical data.
