The Defense Logistics Agency intends to award an Indefinite Delivery Contract with one base year and four option years for three National Item Identification Numbers (NIINs) related to critical fire-suppression systems. The acquisition will be conducted as Other Than Full and Open Competition, and all halon will be provided as Government-Furnished Material. The awarded contractor must be capable of receiving, storing, processing, and certifying halon, with deliveries on an FOB Origin basis and inspection and acceptance at origin.
