The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Aviation is conducting market research to identify companies, other than Collins Aerospace, capable of manufacturing a wide range of aircraft consumable and depot-level reparable parts. This is a Sources Sought Notice for informational purposes only, not a request for proposals, and no funds are available to pay for response preparation. Responses are required by August 30, 2026, and must include company information, capability statements, and evidence of prior experience. The effort is currently identified as sole source to Collins Aerospace, but the government may alter the acquisition strategy based on responses. Performance of services would support worldwide DLA direct and customer direct shipments, with the contracting office located in Richmond, Virginia.
