Sources Sought Notice DLA Aviation – Richmond, Virginia, is issuing this source sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for the following NSN and nomenclature. FSC NIIN Part Number/ Reference Nomenclature 5975 014163359 HCPS-89 CONNECTOR KIT, PROTECT The result of this market research will contribute to determining the acquisition strategy of this procurement. DLA Aviation intends to award/add this NSN onto a sole source, long-term, Requirements Type subsumable contract with a performance period of one, five-year option period under an umbrella contract to 3M Company. Other interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than November 14, 2025. This is a Sources Sought to determine the availability and technical capability of small businesses (including the following subsets, HUBZone Small Business concerns; Certified 8(a) Small Business concerns, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns, Woman-Owned Small Business concerns) to provide the required products and/or services. This Sources Sought is for informational purposes only. This is not a request for proposal. It does not constitute a solicitation and shall not be construed as a commitment by the government. Responses in any form are not offers, and the government is under no obligation to award a contract as a result of this announcement.
