Sources Sought Notice DLA Aviation – Richmond, Virginia, is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for the following NSNs and nomenclatures. DLA Aviation intends to award/add these NSNs onto a sole source, long-term, Requirements Type subsumable contract with a performance period of one, five-year option period under an umbrella contract to Derco, a Lockheed Martin company. Other interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 3 pm est, April 7, 2025. This is a Sources Sought to determine the availability and technical capability of small businesses (including the following subsets, HUBZone Small Business concerns; Certified 8(a) Small Business concerns, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns, Woman-Owned Small Business concerns) to provide the required products and/or services. This is for informational purposes only. This is not a request for proposal. It does not constitute a solicitation and shall not be construed as a commitment by the government.
