DLA Weapons Support Richmond is conducting market research to determine if any company other than Pratt & Whitney can supply 353 items being added to the existing TF33 Pacer Phoenix Contract as a sole source modification. The contract, awarded to Pratt & Whitney, has up to 8 years remaining and includes supply of parts as well as planning, forecasting, reliability improvements, engineering maintenance, and design control. The government intends to issue a Letter RFP to Pratt & Whitney under FAR 6.302 and will consider responses to decide whether to compete the procurement. Interested parties must submit unclassified, Adobe Acrobat-readable responses of no more than 20 pages.
