The offeror shall provide prices on a minimum of 25% of the supply items (or 167 items) on the Pricing Worksheet, for the exact item specified. Pricing will be evaluated on a line-by-line basis using the total evaluated price provided for the base period in accordance with Section M. It is anticipated that the ASC awardees will pursue aggressive pricing and will provide price break information for items in their proposal when available. Minimum Bid Requirement: The offeror is required to provide 25% of the initial population or 167 items. The initial population has decreased from 672 to 667 items. DLA Aviation intends to issue this soliciation as a 100% Small Business Set Aside. While offers will be evaluated on a line by line basis, with intent to award the best value offer for each line, a minimum bid requirement of 25%, or 205 NIINs, shall apply, such that any offering reflecting less than 25% of the solicited population, or 205 NIINs, shall not be considered for award. Details of the NIINs to be solicited are included in the NIIN listing attached to this synopsis. DLA Aviation intends to issue the soliciation pursuant to this synopsis using a combination of FAR Part 12 and 15 procedures, as both comercial and non-commercial items are included in the NIIN listing.
