The 1 item in the letter solicitation anticipated to be issued are being added a subsumable contract against the Lockheed Martin Captains of Industry (COI) SPE4AX16D9473, which was awarded to Lockheed Martin (563J1) in accordance with the approved J&A. The NIIN will be added to a STK subsumable based on cage/platform. Surplus dealers and distributors are invited to respond to this synopsis. Surplus dealers should include a completed surplus certificate, DLAD 52.211-9000, Government Surplus Material or adequate traceability documentation to show that the product is acceptable. Responses to this announcement from distributors or surplus dealers should identify items of interest and include evidence of ability to supply the items for the contract period as identified. In addition, respondents should identify the quantity available and price. A copy of the letter of interest should be forwarded to the contracting officer identified herein and SBA PCR. The Government may alter the acquisition strategy if purchase of existing surplus or newly-manufactured inventory is in the best interest of the Government. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval package and a complete solicitation package.
