Amended: 761 to 701 NIIN's for Price Pending Contract: SPE4A520DP002 The 701 items in the letter solicitation anticipated to be issued are being added a subsumable contract against the Lockheed Martin Captains of Industry (COI) SPE4AX16D9473, which was awarded to Lockheed Martin (563J1) in accordance with the approved J&A. The list of NSNs included in this notice are part of the Price Pending population of the contract: SPE4A520DP002. Surplus dealers and distributors are invited to respond to this synopsis. Surplus dealers should include a completed surplus certificate, DLAD 52.211-9000, Government Surplus Material or adequate traceability documentation to show that the product is acceptable. Responses to this announcement from distributors or surplus dealers should identify items of interest and include evidence of ability to supply the items for the contract period as identified. In addition, respondents should identify the quantity available and price. A copy of the letter of interest should be forwarded to the contracting officer identified herein and SBA PCR. The Government may alter the acquisition strategy if purchase of existing surplus or newlymanufactured inventory is in the best interest of the Government. List of NIIN's.
