A formal solicitation will not be issued, since it is anticipated that NSN 5821010960336 will be added to existing contract SPE4AX17D9708. Items to be shipped to various locations within established minimum and maximum quantity limits, on an as needed basis. The addition of these NSNs follow the terms of the basic contract (SPE4AX15D9414) by meeting the terms of DLAD clause L27.
