This is a LTC project for the following NSNs. NIIN FSC Part number Nomenclature Estimated annual quantity 016829629 6150 5324C04H19 CABLE ASSEMBLY,SPEC 9 Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to this procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Only Vendors who have access to the data or can provide traceability to the approved sources should bid. This solicitation will add NIINs onto an existing Requirements Type subsumable contract with a period of performance for one, one-year base period and one, five-year option period. All NSNs are sole source to Northrop Grumman. The estimated annual demand quantity for each NSN is stated in the table above. FOB point is at Origin with Inspection/acceptance at Origin. There are no special test requirements. This is unrestricted procurement, utilizing other than full and open competition. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A letter RFP solicitation will be issued. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors. The RFP letter solicitation issue date is May 2, 2022. If there is an open solicitation for a national stock number for which you want to submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package, please submit it directly to the buyer noted on the solicitation. SAR’s will not be evaluated for items that are already designated as fully competitive such as those items coded AMSC “G” and described by drawings and specifications.
