FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin Surge requirements do not apply. Solicitation will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A 100% Quantity Option will not apply. A REVERSE AUCTION will take place if two or more qualified proposals are received. This requirement will be a combination of both Government Furnished Material (GFM) and Contractor Furnished Material (CFM). The anticipated issue date is on or about January 22, 2025.
