This solicitation is for award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The NSN and quantities are as follows: NSN: 1560-016807737 Approved Source: IAW BASIC DRAWING NR 81755 16RB527 REVISION NR R DTD 10/23/2018 PART PIECE NUMBER: 16RB527-CC Quantity:36 Kits Delivery: 274 ARO FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin Surge requirements do not apply. Solicitation will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A 100% Quantity Option will not apply. A REVERSE AUCTION will take place if two or more qualified proposals are received. This requirement will be a combination of both Government Furnished Material (GFM) and Contractor Furnished Material (CFM). The anticipated issue date is on or about 11/20/2024. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
