Solicitation will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A 100% Quantity Option will not apply. A REVERSE AUCTION will take place if two or more qualified proposals are received. This requirement will be a combination of both Government Furnished Material (GFM) and Contractor Furnished Material (CFM). The anticipated issue date is on or about November 10, 2020. The anticipated award date is January 10, 2021 . Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
