DLA Aviation Richmond intends to issue an unrestricted solicitation for four Horizontal Turning Centers for Norfolk Naval Shipyard in Portsmouth, VA. Contract completion is required within 365 days after award. A complete technical data package will cover design, lubrication, supplies, site visit, and labor requirements, and the requirement may also include tooling, training, technical data, IUID tags, installation, foundation, shipping, and OSHA certification.
