Complete technical data package VIBB 24-30-1203 including minimum requirements for the machine, tooling, training, technical data, iuid, existing equipment removal, shipping, rigging, and installation will be included as a part of the solicitation. Request for Proposal SPE4A8-26-Q-0008 is anticipated to be issued on December 04, 2025, and close on January 03, 2026. FOB will be at Destination. Inspection at Origin/Acceptance at Destination. The solicitation will be Unrestricted with Other Than Full and Open Competition. Award shall result in a Firm, Fixed Price Contract.
