This is notice of the Government’s intent to issue a firm-fixed price contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and implemented by FAR 19.502-2, Total small business set-asides and incorporates provision and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular CFR 12.603. The award shall be based on lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) evaluation criteria. Description of requirements: Two (2) Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) Shot Peen Systems in accordance with Technical Specification VIBB 23-20-1101, dated 10 December 2024. Performance period/completion 180 days after receipt of order. FOB Destination, Inspection, and Acceptance at Destination. Destination is FRCSE (Fleet Readiness Center Southeast), Jacksonville, FL 32210. The complete technical data package VIBB 23-20-1101 including Machine(s), Tooling, Training, Technical Data, IUID Tag(s), External Services for Removal of Existing Machine, Shipping, Installation, and OSHA Certification will be included as a part of the solicitation.
