This is notice of the Government’s intent to issue a firm-fixed price contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 48 CFR 12.603. The award shall be based on the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) evaluation criteria. Description of requirements: One (1) Hot Foaming Press in accordance with Technical Specification VIBB 24-30-1334 dated 10 December 2024. Performance period/completion 350 days after receipt of order. FOB Destination, Inspection will be at Origin, and Acceptance at Destination. Destination is Fleet Readiness Center (FRC) East, MCAS Cherry Point, NC 28533-0021. The complete technical data package VIBB 24-30-1334 including Machine, Tooling, Training, Tech Data, IUID, Shipping and Installation requirements will be included as a part of the solicitation.
