This is notice of the Government’s intent to issue a firm-fixed price contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3201 and 41 U.S.C. 3301 implemented by FAR 6.101(a), full and open competition and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 48 CFR 12.603. The award shall be based on lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) evaluation criteria. Description of requirements: One (1) CNC 6-Axis Vertical Jig Grinder in accordance with Technical Specification VIBB 19-40-1036 dated 7 JULY 2023. Performance period/completion 340 days after receipt of order. FOB Destination and Origin; Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Destination is FLEET READINESS CENTER SOTHWEST BLD 472 NAS NORTH ISLAND, CA. 92135. The complete technical data package VIBB 19-40-1036 including all design, lubrication, supplies, and labor requirements will be included as a part of the solicitation.
