Complete technical data package VIBB 23-35-1303 including all design, tooling, accessories, installation, foundation, training and IUID requirements will be included as a part of the solicitation. Request for Proposal SPE4A8-24-Q-0006 is intended to issue around 04 April 2024 and close around 04 May 2024. FOB will be at Destination. Inspection at Origin/Acceptance at Destination. This is notice of the Government’s intent to issue the contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A), other than full and open competition and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 48 CFR 12.603. The award shall be based on lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) evaluation criteria. Award shall result in a Firm, Fixed Price Contract.
