Solicitation SPE4A8-22-R-0005 is hereby cancelled as of 07/27/2023. ************************************************************************************** DLA Aviation Richmond intends to issue a solicitation to procure two (2) CNC Vertical Turning Centers, each equipped with Pallet Shuttle, and one (1) Kundel bridge crane P/N 16998-TS3, with two (2) options, one (1) machine per option with contract completion required by 240 days after award for Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, Bremerton, WA . A Complete technical data package VIBB 21-25-1000 including all design, lubrication, supplies, site visit and labor requirements will be included as a part of the solicitation. The solicitation may include a request for two (2) CNC Vertical Turning Centers with each equipped with a Pallet Shuttle, and one (1) Kundel bridge crane P/N 16998-TS3. Two (2) options, one (1) machine per option, Tooling, Installation, Foundation, Training, IUID Tag, Technical Data, OSHA, Shipping, and Removal (2 machines) are attached to the Solicitation. Brand name related to critical systems used in this free standing Kundel Bridge Crane P/N 16998-TS3 - to include (but not limited to) the following: - Bridge Crane Structural Components. 4 each – NAP 16-276 non-adjustable 16-inch TTRAC post, 276-inches tall 2 sets – ECWHEEL08T end carriage wheels for 8-wheel, 8-ton end trucks 2 each – ENDTT08T T TRAC END TRUCK 8-ton frame (frame only) 28 lineal feet – T83NRS T83 Runway - steel rail section 28 lineal feet – T83NRS T83 Runway - steel rail section 28 lineal feet – T84CBS T84 Bridge – capped steel rail section, 13/16-inch x 7-1/2-inch flange Bridge Crane Electrical Components. 28 lineal feet – EBARINST internal wireless electric system 2 each – COLLECTOR electrical connector 2 each – PLUG004 LINEFEEDS hoist plug and bridge plug 1 each - LINEFEEDS electrical feeds for bridge and runways 1 each – 6TRMSPC 6-ton hoist and bridge motorization package derated to 4-ton Bridge Crane Hoist Options. FOB will be at Destination. Inspection at Origin/Acceptance at Destination. DLA-A intends to issue an Unrestricted solicitation. Award shall result in a Firm, Fixed Price Contract. This solicitation and award will be made under FAR 12 and 15 procedures. Site visit is scheduled to provide potential contractor the opportunity to the view the installation location.
