DLA Aviation intends to issue a solicitation in accordance with FAR 13.5, utilizing lowest price technically acceptable procedures. The resulting award is intended to be firm-fixed price. Description of requirements: Purchase Description for ABRASIVE BLAST SYSTEM VIBB 20-20-1601 dated September 20, 2021. Performance period/completion date is 180 days after receipt of order. FOB Destination; Inspection Origin and Acceptance at Destination. Destination is Fleet Readiness Center Southeast, NAS-JAX Building 101 HWY 17 and Yorktown Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32212-0016. A Complete technical data package VIBB 20-20-1601 including all design, lubrication, supplies, and labor requirements will be included as a part of the solicitation. The solicitation may include a request for: Abrasive Blast System Rigging, Demolition/Removal of Existing Blast System Required Tooling IUID Tag Foundation Installation, Fire Protection, Natural Gas Installation Training Shipping External Services *A site visit is intended as part of the solicitation. Fleet Readiness Center Southeast, NAS-JAX BLDG 101 HWY 17 and Yorktown Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32212. Site visit date/time will be available as part of the solicitation. Request for Quote SPE4A8-22-Q-0040 is being replaced with new Solicitation SPE4A8-22-Q-0047 to add addition item line. The solicitation anticipated to issue on or around March 21, 2022, and close on April 21, 2022 FOB will be at Destination. Inspection at Origin/Acceptance at Destination. DLA-A intends to issue a full and open solicitation.
