DLA Aviation intends to issue a solicitation in accordance with FAR 13.5, utilizing lowest price technically acceptable procedures. The resulting award is intended to be firm-fixed price. Description of requirements: Purchase Description for NEW CONVEYOR SYSTEM AND PAINT BOOTH/OVEN DOORS VIBB 19-40-1003 dated 08 November 2021. Performance period/completion date is 180 days after receipt of order. FOB Destination; Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Destination is Marine Depot Maintenance Command-Production Plant Barstow (MDMC-PPB) located at Building: 634 Yermo Annex of Marine Corps Logistics Base, Barstow, CA 92311-5015. A Complete technical data package VIBB 19-40-1001 including all design, lubrication, supplies, and labor requirements will be included as a part of the solicitation. The solicitation may include a request for: Heat & Non-Thermal Treating Equipment Inspection Rigging Training Shipping Installation IUID Tag Technical data *A site visit is intended as part of the solicitation. Marine Depot Maintenance Command-Production Plant Barstow (MDMC-PPB) site visit date/time will be available as part of the solicitation. Request for Quote SPE4A8-22-Q-0030 is anticipated to issue on or around 07 January 2022. DLA-A intends to issue a 100% Small Business Set-Aside solicitation.
