SYNOPSIS for PR# 20-10-0003: Solicitation is in accordance with FAR 13.5. RFQ SPE4A8-22-Q-0015 Sole Source solicitation is in accordance FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source And No Other Supplies Or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Procurement of Four (4) HAAS TL-2 COMPUTER NUMBERICALLY CONTROLLED (CNC) LATHES in accordance with Purchase Description VIBB 20-10-0003 dated July 14, 2021. The contractor shall provide Four (4) HAAS TL-2 COMPUTER NUMBERICALLY CONTROLLED (CNC) LATHES included with Tooling, Installation, Inspection, IUID Tag, and Shipping. Quantity is four (4) each. This solicitation will be solicited for award of a Firm Fixed Priced Contract. Solicitation will be Other Than Full And Open Competition procedures. FOB at Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. QAP 175a shall apply. All contractual performance period requirements shall be complete within 364 days after receipt of award. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA), past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The estimated solicitation issue date is December 2, 2021.
