This requisition will be other than full and open competition after exclusion of sources, as it is intended to result in a sole source award to Jalbert and Associates CAGE 6PES9 for Dissolved Air Flotation Unit. A complete technical data package, DLA-A-VIBB-19-25-1028, including all design, fabrication, supplies, labor, accessories, and installation requirements is included as a part of the solicitation. FOB will be at Destination with inspection and acceptance at Destination. The solicitation will be issued and evaluation performed utilizing FAR 13.5 under the guidance of the Permanent Authority for Use of Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
