Complete technical data package DLA-A-VIBB 19-20-1201 including all design, lubrication, supplies, and labor requirement will be included as a part of the solicitation. Request for Proposal SPE4A8-20-Q-0076 is anticipated to issue on June 17, 2020 and close on July 17, 2020. FOB will be at Destination/Inspection at Origin/Acceptance at Destination. The solicitation will be Unrestricted Full and Open Competition. To Unrestricted full and open since this is not a sole source item. The solicitation requires a site visit and will be included in the solicitation. Award will be result in a Firm, Fixed Price Contract.
