Request for Proposal SPE4A8-20-Q-0073 is anticipated to issue on May 22, 2020 and close on June 29, 2020. FOB will be at Destination/Inspection at Origin/Acceptance at Destination. The solicitation will be unrestricted with Other Than Full and Open Competition. To Unrestricted full and open since this is not a sole source item. The solicitation requires a site visit and will be included in the solicitation. Award will be result in a Firm, Fixed Price Contract.
