Request for Quote SPE4A820Q0021 will be a Small Business set aside. A complete technical data package, DLA-A-VIBB-19-40-1000, including all design, fabrication, supplies, labor, accessories, and installation requirements is included as a part of the solicitation. FOB will be at Destination with inspection and acceptance at Destination. Site visit will be held the first or second week of December, the final date will be in the solicitation posted in DIBBS. The solicitation will be issued and evaluation performed utilizing FAR 13.5 under the guidance of the Permanent Authority for Use of Simplified Acquisition Procedures. A copy of the solicitation will be available on or about for 11/26/19 via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dl/a.mil.
