The scope includes a complete technical data package, all technical data, rigging, installation, delivery, and training. FOB, inspection, and acceptance will be at Destination, and award will be a firm-fixed-price contract. The solicitation is anticipated to be issued on October 9, 2026, and will be available through DIBBS; interested parties should email the solicitation package with a compliance statement and descriptive literature.
