The DLA Weapon Support (Richmond) intends to issue a solicitation for a 350 Ton Press Brake, including training, technical data, and installation, for delivery to Norfolk Naval Shipyard in Portsmouth, VA. The performance period is 180 days after receipt of order. The contract award may be based on a combination of lowest price technically acceptable and past performance.
