The contract is for upgrading a specific furnace model in accordance with a detailed technical specification. The performance period is 210 days after receipt of order, and services will be performed at Fleet Readiness Center Southwest, Naval Air Station North Island, California. The award will be a firm-fixed-price contract evaluated on a lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) basis. The complete technical data package will be included in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a proposal.
