Complete technical data package DLA-A-VIBB 20-20-1600 including all site preparation, start-up, testing design, lubrication, supplies, training and labor requirement will be included as a part of the solicitation. Request for Proposal SPE4A8-25-Q-0078 is anticipated to issue on June 30, 2025 and closes on August, 14, 2025 FOB will be at Destination/ Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. The solicitation will be unrestricted with Other Than Full and Open Competition. A site visit will be issued for this procurement and will be included in the solicitation.
