Tube bending Machine number #1, VB 19 ELEC CNC Tube Bending Machine, Tube bending Machine #2, VB 90 ELEC CNC Tube Bending machine from HARTECH GROUP in accordance with VIBB 23-40-1013,dated November 8,2023. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 332996. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302.
