The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302 for a CNC Controller & Components for a 2 Axis Lodge & Shipley Lathe Machine Retrofit with a quantity of 1 each and a contract completion of 112 days ARO. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 333517. Complete technical data package DLA-A-VIBB 25-65-1069 including all design, lubrication, supplies, and labor requirement will be included as a part of the solicitation. Request for Proposal SPE4A8-25-Q-0026 is anticipated to issue around February 18, 2025. FOB will be at Destination /Inspection at Destination/Acceptance at Destination. This solicitation will be made under FAR 13.5 procedures. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302.
