The proposed action is intended to be awarded on a sole source basis to: Phillips Corporation, CAGE 3MPQ0 under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The solicitation is intended to be “unrestricted” in business size, other than full and open competition/after exclusion of sources. This is proposed to be a FAR 12 effort. Description of requirements: One (1) Hass EC-1600ZT Horizontal Machining Center in accordance with Technical Specification VIBB 24-13-1305 dated 14 June 2024. Performance period/completion 120 days after receipt of order. FOB, Inspection, and Acceptance at Destination. Destination is Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Dahlgren, VA 22448. The complete technical data package for VIBB 24-13-1305 including machine, IUID tags, and shipping will be included as a part of the solicitation. THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY.
