DLA Aviation intends to issue a request for quote (RFQ) in accordance with FAR 13.5. This is notice of the Government’s intent to issue a firm-fixed price contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A), other than full and open competition and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 48 CFR 12.603. The award shall be based on lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) evaluation criteria. Description of requirements: One (1) HAAS VF-6/50 CNC Vertical Milling Machine in accordance with Technical Specification VIBB 20-10-0001 dated 20 July 2021. Performance period/completion 90 days after receipt of order. FOB Destination; Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Destination is Corpus Christi Army Depot, Corpus Christi, TX 78419. The complete technical data package VIBB 20-10-0001 including all design, lubrication, supplies, and labor requirements will be included as a part of the solicitation.
