Complete technical data package VIBB 20-40-1007 including all design, lubrication, supplies, and labor requirements will be included as a part of the solicitation. FOB will be at Destination. Inspection at Origin/Acceptance at Destination. The solicitation will be unrestricted with Other Than Full and Open Competition. Award shall result in a Firm, Fixed Price Contract.
