Complete technical data package VIBB 20-25-1005 including all design, lubrication, supplies, and labor requirements will be included as a part of the solicitation. Request for Proposal SPE4A8-22-Q-0009 is anticipated to issue on 7 October 2021 and close on 8 November 2021. FOB will be at Destination. Inspection at Origin/Acceptance at Destination. The solicitation will be unrestricted with Other Than Full and Open Competition. Award shall result in a Firm, Fixed Price Contract.
