DLA Aviation intends to solicit the procurement of sole-source 4-Axis Horizontal Machining Centers: 3 EA - Makino a81 NX 4-Axis Horizontal Machining Centers (VIBB 19-40-1006) 4 EA - Makino a71 NX 4- Axis Horizontal Machining Centers (VIBB 19-40-1033) The solicitation will include technical data packages VIBB 19-40-1006 & VIBB 19-40-1033. The solicitation will also include Contract Line Items (CLINs): Tooling, IUID Tags, Installation, Training, Shipping, Rigging, Pallet Changer and Post Processor. FOB will be at Destination. Inspection at Origin/Acceptance at Destination. The intent is to issue a solicitation unrestricted with Other Than Full and Open Competition. Award shall result in a Firm, Fixed Price Contract. This solicitation and award will be made under FAR 13.5 procedures. A written solicitation will be issued via DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) under solicitation SPE4A8-22-Q-0003. The solicitation is anticipated to issue on or around the week of December 6, 2021. A copy of the solicitation will be available via DIBBS website at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/Solicitations/ Solicitations are in Portable Document Format (PDF).
