Request for Proposal SPE4A8-21-Q-0065 is anticipated to issue on September 09, 2021, and close on October 09, 2021. FOB will be at Destination/Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. The solicitation will be unrestricted with Other Than Full and Open Competition. The solicitation requires a site visit and will be included in the solicitation.
