DLA Aviation Richmond intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for one (1) Cleaning Line Upgrade in accordance with Purchase Description VIBB 19-30-1201 26 March 2021 and other attachments to the solicitation. Performance period completion date is 120 days after receipt of order. Solicitation number SPE4A8-21-Q-0055 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This is notice of the Government’s intent to issue an unrestricted, firm-fixed price contract. A copy of the solicitation will be available on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. To obtain a copy of the solicitation, click on the Solicitations tab and enter solicitation number you wish to download in the DIBBS Global Solicitation Search box on the right side of the screen. Quotes must be submitted no later than the closing date and time as listed. All respondents shall be register on the System for Award Management (SAM) website (https://sam.gov/SAM/), have a valid DUNS number, Cage Code, and Tax Identification Number. All quotes received after the closing date listed may be considered “late” and may not be considered for award. The estimated release date of the solicitation will be on or about August 13, 2021, and closing date of September 15, 2021.
