The contractor shall provide Two (2) ANCA TX-7 5-Axis Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) Tool Grinders shall be new (not a prototype), Tooling, IUID Tag, Technical Data, Installation, Shipping, and Rigging. Quantity is two (2) each. This solicitation will be solicited as a Sole Source in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source And No Other Supplies Or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. In addition, solicited as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside, Full And Open Competition After Exclusion of Sources procedures for award of a Firm Fixed Priced Contract. None-NSN Item. FOB at Destination with Inspection at Origin and Acceptance at Destination. QAP 175 shall apply. All contractual performance period requirements shall be complete within 120 days after receipt of award.
