DLA Aviation Richmond intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for one Dual Bridge Abrasive Water Jet Cutting System in accordance with Purchase Description VIBB 20-25-1001 dated 13 May 2020 and other attachments to the solicitation. Performance period completion date is 120 days after receipt of order. Solicitation number SPE4A8-21-Q-0017 will be issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This is notice of the Government’s intent to issue a small business set-aside, firm-fixed price contract. A copy of the solicitation will be available on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. To obtain a copy of the solicitation, click on the Solicitations tab and enter solicitation number you wish to download in the DIBBS Global Solicitation Search box on the right side of the screen. This software is available free at https://www.adobe.com. All responsible sources may submit a quotation sufficient to determine capability which may be considered by the agency. Quotes must be submitted no later than the closing date and time as listed. All respondents shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) website (https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM/), have a valid DUNS number, Cage Code, and Tax Identification Number. All quotes received after the closing date listed may be considered “late” and may not be considered for award. The estimated release date of the solicitation will be on or about January 29, 2021 and closing date of March 17th, 2021.
