This is notice of the Government’s intent to purchase one (1 ea) each Tilting Band Saw with complete installation of the machine to include, but not limited to, IUID tags, technical data, OSHA Certification and transportation of the machine to the government facility. This is an unrestricted, full an open competitive solicitation and quotes are being requested from vendors. To be considered, any such documentation must be received no later than July 28, 2021, close of business 5:00 EST. This solicitation is intended to result in a Firm, Fixed Price Contract with completion in 210 days after contract award. The solicitation will be issued and evaluation performed utilizing FAR 13.5 under the guidance of the Permanent Authority for Use of Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This request with technical data package, DLA-VIBB 20-25-1006 specifying all design, fabrication, supplies, labor, accessories, installation, and training requirements are included as part of this solicitation. Quality Assurance Provision (QAP) 175 applies to this requirement. FOB destination applies. A copy of the solicitation will be available on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. This solicitation will be available on June 28, 2021.
